Transfer of Ownership

All daily prorations are to be calculated on the HUD by closing firm. Please send a copy of HUD along with the checks so we may properly set up new homeowners account. Our standard timeline for processing transfer requests is one week. However, if your closing is within 48 hours we are happy to accommodate a rush order. This option is selected after pressing the pay transfer fee button and will cost $100 more.
